MB 211 Service indicator can not be resetted

This 211 came in for service D.After service we could not reset the service indicator with star or manually.So we performed Assynt plus system initial starup oniline and we were successful because the dash display "service B 25000km later".But after the customer drove for about 50 km went home he reported the dash display service D again.
Should we replaced CGW?

I only found "stummer ?lreset ausl?sen".Does it disable service indicator?Can I just turn it to be service B?
