Using multimeter, You will found that is OK.

so,you sayed that you had read mpc556 from used ecu and write it in a seconde hand ecu and it was succes!!
ok,can you find answer of this question:
your mpc556 dump have 448Ko
so,you had read flash : 00000 to 6FFFF
BUT,this is wrong,becose if you read the same mpc556 with BDM100 you will get 452Ko
becose you will read flash :00000 to 70FFF
SO,you don't clone the right flash in mpc556 with xprogm
becose you don't read/write flash :70000 to 70FFF

how it can be succes?

other question
this is a dump from ford focus ecu(delphi) read by BDM100 and have a size of 452Ko
i send it to EVC to compare with original and this is there answer

can you have the same answer from EVC with 448Ko dump
