    Just tested for you. EDC16U1

    By this diagram reading no problem.
    No need other connections.

    Did yesterday CR3.13 Mercedes ECU as well same diagram.

    but freind i did the same connection with batterie 12v no succes ihave clone xprogm 5.0

    freind nanux for powering xprog is necessary or not? OR POWERING ONLY ECU

    POWERING ECU IS NECESSARY 12V 1A OR NORMAL BATTERIE 12V ENOUGH

    I'm using original.
    Maybe something is wrong with your clone Xprog then.

    I'm using power supply from external HDD 12V-2A
    You have to join together ground from x prog and ground from your power suplpy.



    P.S I'm doing like this.

    I TEST WITH BATTERIE FROM MY CAR I WILL TEST WITH PSG 12V 2A AND I WILL TEST I UNDERSTAND SHEMATIQUE

    IHAVE 2 CLONE XPROG FROM DIFFERENT SOCIETY NO PROBLEM FOR OTHER DEVISE YOU THINK THAT MY CLONE CANT READ MPC AND FLASH ?

    I'd say if you make connections right and can't read couple same make, similar ecus like bosh edc16
    then problem is with your adapter - xprog.

    I presume you are using BDM adapter same as reading 9s12?

    if no work buy bdm100 and use x prog for other

    I have BDM100 clone, never managed to get going....always to lazy or not enough time. Or never REALY needed.

    Have Kess2, for chip tuning still enough. Xprog for other works.

    For edc16 connected only what is on diagram

    freind i should use adpter bdm like for reding security 9s12 motorolla?

    BECAUSE I DIDNOT USE THIS ADAPTER FOR READING

    ITS NECESSARE OR NOT?
