And you have external power suply of 12Volts? and you connected power suply ground to xprog ground and to the ecu?

Than something not right with your Xprog or connections.

You can't do this ecu with Xprog or carprog.

Make photo of both sides of the board. Think Piasini should do.

write down numbers 8 pin chips close to biggest chip.

hi Friends , I want to ask About Reading MPC5554MZP80 its inside ECU of Jeep Grand cherokee 2008 and copy whole data of MCU to another MCU , which thing it need to do that Xprog M only or Xprog M + BDM100 ?

You can use Xprog or BDM100.

you must use bdm 100 to do it correctly 100%, XPROG-M can't do this correctly, sise of file reading file by XPROG-M is not correct, BDM100 do it very well (i done it with xprog-m without succes) but by bdm100 very good at first time.
