    Hi Guys

    Excellent thread.....
Is the problem me or has something changed on this thread because I cannot view the diagrams. I am looking to do a BDM clone from an AUDI Q7 which has a EDC16 ecu.
Original ECU water damaged. So got new ECU. Can I use Xprog to clone over old data?

Diagram for Xprog to BDM would be much appreciate for this EDC16.

this is normal edc16 bro , just look here and you will find it exactly for the xprog , and yes if you can connect tot the ecu , and read it on the bdm hole ecu , just you can make the swap of the ecus . Just write in the google xprog edc16 bdm and you will find it from the first 5 pics and here is the connections .

    Hi

Does the ECU need to be powered up?
I gave it 12V on those pads as per diagram above but still not reading. Xprog just says initialising device and does nothing else.
