    Virtually certain to be the soldering at the ends of the ribbon connectors. As the previous post said. Check for cracked solder joints but be careful not to burn the ribbon when re-soldering. Arthur.

    it solved by herself, i thing that was a poor connection on one of the 2 connectors,i must check by 10 times, but after a stong hit by hand,the RPM came alive,i re-connect the dash 2 more times again for some ill. bulbs burned and it's all ok now, maybe you should try this, you have nothing to loose
