    @delovoy, check your signals are spot on as dvbs2 signals are more prone to drop outs than dvbs.. escepecially dvbs2/8psk from what ive read in a dmm clone section of another forum. regards mdt

    Thanks friends. But for example on hotbird 11785 H DVB-S2/8PSK - 29900 2/3, 12341 V DVB-S2/8PSK-29900 2/3 and other DVB-S2/8PSK signals cannot recieve. Maybe i must change settings in the scan menu? What can you say?

    Just tested these now and all are receivable with strong quality of signal, ie:

    11785 = 5 x HD channels
    12341 = 6 x HD channels

    Would think as suggested above that your dish alignment may be amiss.

    Best wishes

    hi
    i have a openboxs9 and i am living in north africa but i meet some hassle with my receiver because it's can't get some Dvb-S2 frequences such as the both you quote but i got this DVB-S2 frequence 10911 V 27500 3/4 8PSK even thought the signal is weak compared to DVB-S frequences.
    So i noticed the openboxs9 has not a very sensitive tuner.

    Default How DVB-S2 with Openbox S10

    Hallo,
    How is it possible to see if the transponder is wll configure for DVB-S2 8QSK
    Indeed, few stations from TELESAT Belgium are on HOTBIRD 11681 in DVB-S2?
    How to control if my Openbox S10HD has the right settings for that ?
