Bulsat keys not clearing

was working fine, applied new key change yesterday to softcam.key file now when I try to clear channels on 39E (NovaSport) get this error message

[mg0] No irdeto2 key(s) found for id 604
[mg0] No irdeto2 key(s) found for id 604
[mg0] No irdeto2 key(s) found for id 604
[mg0] No irdeto2 key(s) found for id 604
[mg0] pid 0x0DB5 failed to decode.


Using DM500S , OpenPli and patched mgcamd

anyone got a working copy or any ideas what the problem is - incorrect format of key line in softcam.key file.
