Default citroen c1 power steering ECU

Hello, have this problem with Citroen C1 power steering ECU - when ECU is pluged no communication with it,engine control unit, ABS and other control units that are on the same line. If unpluged - all components become "scanable". Inside are two relays, of which one was faulty. Replaced it but situation is the same. Read about procedure - unplug black connector (seems like power), hold five seconds and then plug in... Didn't help... On dash P/S and STOP faults indicated.... Anyone any hint? I know these problems are related to weak battery as well...

    POSSABLE OFF TOPIC:-

Rumor going around states, on the C3 normally the relay block at the back, that fails, then the electronic ECU switches power out to the motor, like a corsa or punto.

Thanks Meat, but I'd go for a bad steering ECU... I'll check if there's any relay in the back. ECU we're talking about - 89650 - 0H020 same like in aygo or pug 107
