Is it posible to use softver version 4.5 or 5.1 with VAG k+CAN commander 3.6 ?

I would say it is not possible...
I did not try but same as for any other software works only with the cable provided... You would need to reflash it with proper dump to use it with other software...
However those dumps are not available as far as I know...
