ECU with number S110030318C / 8200061273 seems to be very rare... we have a broken try to flash ECU, now Flash is empty

Hope someone can help me with a matching file.
(Can also be for another partnumber, but should be for the 1.4 motor with 8V / 51kW, for example from Kangoo)

HiI need same Ori file too, Miha99 his file is not same ( different part numbers tested by ddt2000) please can someone upload ori filethanks
