Hi,
have you tried either, Re-seating the memory (Ram) or replacing the Ram its self? it could be something as simpley as Re-seating the memory or if you have two Ram sticks installed in your laptop remove one of them and then fire the laptop up with the single memory stick installed. if it POST's then its was a bad memory stick that was the problem. if it doesnt POST (get to the bios without shutting down). then hit me back on here & we can try something else.

hi street have tried that and resetting the cpu aswell but it still wont post i feel its something or nothing but i carnt figure it out
I would try a different RAM chip if that doesnt work sounds like a dodgy motherboard to me. Are you getting any system beeps etc and have you tried booting up without the battery attached.
Hi Master,
From my experience the only way to solve the issue is process of elimination, i have a gut feeling its your Ram, and would say try some other ram in your laptop. how old is your laptop? make & model?
if the laptop powers up & the fans kick in there should be an error light flash up before it powers off.
another known problem with some laptops is the graphics card can cause your laptop to power off if its faulty and if you have a high end laptop.. but its very Rare.
when you re-seated the cpu did you ensure the all connections were clear of being crossed with another component? (e.g) the print circuit board of a switch? or mounted Gfx Card? even a screen loose within the system can do funny things.

your problem is the gpu, you can get it to power up by applying pressure near the gpu (if you know where it is) if not apply pressure to different parts of the laptop.
