    Default Can't download image

Hi guys, this question may seem ridiculous to you guys but to me being a novice in the Dreambox world it's really frustrating. I am trying to download an image to flash my DM500S and they all appear to be archived files, when I attempt to open them with Winzip I am getting a message telling me that they are an unknown format or damaged, the file is a IMG file and I am using Windows 7. I have tried using WinRar but that won't work also, can anyone help? Thank's in advance.

    Andy,
I have tried to download pli jade 3 without success, I think my problem is with file extraction, what will extract a IMG file?

Tried it off pli site and others, used winrar as well just won't open, I have tried other images too, I think it's something I am doing wrong with the file extraction.

Its not your anti virus blocking it?
Only a winrar file so should be fine, must be something to do with your pc and not the file.

Yes it's a clone, just tried your file and I still get same error message when I try to extract it. Message says: The archive is in unknown format or damaged.

you dont extract the .IMG file. you use dreamup to load the file to the receiver. the only time you need to extract any file would be if the file is compressed with say winrar or winzip etc.
