Has anyone ever had problem dealing with Apollo-auto.. been using them for about 7 years and they have never replied to some simple questions.. i continued to use them as stuff still gets shipped on time etc.. but now i have a problem with a order i received, and they have not replied.. Don't know why they would do this to long term customers that keep coming back.

Been 3 days no reply to the ticket support system they now have and thinking about going the paypal route and making this my final order with apollo-auto.

sorry to hear that i am afraid 90 of Chinese company are a joke half of them the do not want to know when you have a problem if you paid with paypal contact them is you best bet and good luck.

I have bought from h.k.sharing - very long shipping, nobody knew what happened to my order, so opened paypal dispute, PP gave my money back, but order at least delivered, so I had to give them money. but they dont really care for nothing.

Ask them to send photo's of refund & photo's of tracking number

Tell them you will speak to the technical department.......and get back to them in a few days .....few week's.....few month's....or just ignore there email's

The Boot is on the other foot comes to mind

They where a great seller 2010 to 2014 then i think they changed hands after that a very slipper slope down hill

WARNING GUYS!!! Very bad experience with obdbox.com alias obdauto.com. I need the help of Paypal and a lot of time to see my money back. Not to mention a item sent back for repair that never returned. LOST MONEY!!!

Never buy from this store on ali, they are fraudsters, worst store, bad agents. I bought some programmer, first they want to cancel order then they mark that goods are shipped with fake tracking number and ali support team inform me that other buyers have complaints for them!

3 months and you havent ask your cedit card for money back, you need to ask for refund after 7 days if not shipped.

Ordered a product from the above a week ago, which was described as ( Ship from UK No Tax ) Free Shipping, Just got my tracking number this morning and its in china, shipped with slow post, and i know im going to get hit with import tax. with the cost of the product i say i will have to pay around 250 euro in tax, to say im pissed off is an understatement. at this stage i will be glad if it arrives without any damage. wont be ordering from them again.
