Instrument cluster changed to a used(original cluster not available) ,now to program used cluster to this car ? If someone would be so kind to help me ,Thanks!

Hi all
have BMW e53 2003 with second hand cluster, car is starting and driving well, just the red dot is on the dash (VIN need to be changed) and ABS, ESP is light on, on original clocks everything works good, no lights!
PASSoft 1.4 will change the VIN in clocks? What would be the reason of ABS light when clocks are changed??
