    Default ipod touch 2nd gen recovery mode

    hi,can anyone help,i have an ipod touch 2nd generation with 4.1 firmware on it,i have got it into recovery mode,but i cannot get out of it,i have held the two buttons down until it it goes off and apple sign comes back on,but it stays in recovery mode,any help please.

    connect ipod and install this to windows and run http://cache.firmwareumbrella.com/do...overy-win.zip# fix recovery or this http://cache.firmwareumbrella.com/do...la-5.00.10.exe

    i tried what you said,but it would not run because it said zlib1.dll missing,anymore help.

    Connect the ipod to itunes, it will automatically restore it to a previous backup and it will start working again. If it's JB, then download PODMngr, this will restart the iPod into a normal mode without losing your JB or any info on your iPod
