    Default problems downloading and opening files

    hi everyone and,happy xmass.........got a prob and wondered if anyone out there cud help....i ve tried to open files (bin beta) with winrar and a box cums up saying files either corrupted or format unknown....one file i have opened no probs b 4....the only thing i think of is recently i had the intereval hehe virus (see thread)which i got rid of ...have since downloaded winrar again ( no virus this time)....so im wonderin if i ve deleted something off my c drive which is necessary for openin files .mmm.... i would be very grateful if anyone cud suggest wat is wrong and possible solutions....thank you very very much ....bigfella

    I'm pretty sure winrar doesn't open .bin files.

    hi mate

    use deamon tools and mount the image or use magix ISO and open the image files with that

    best thing to is just deamon tools and mount the image.

    if you think you may have deleted something have you tried system restore?
