Today failed to program mini 2002 remote

MVP failed to connect - What dongle and under what software must use?

Smart pro connected OK

Cleared the old remote OK

Programed new remote OK but the remote not work - I checked the remote is programmed but the info looks different

I tried 2 genuine remotes second hand from scrap yard and generated the barcodes with Paul software

Also I can't progeam second remote - Failed to connect - when clear the old remote no problem to connect but after first not possible to connect to try to program second one

How manny remotes can accept this car?

You can have up to four remotes.

What you have there doesn't look right for the barcode.

MVPro (clone - I use it for one job only, barcode remotes) usually works fine.

ISTA D is better, but slower and less intuitive.

Reeves.tv only translates six digit codes into mini barcodes. I understand that they're different for land rover and rover, but Nanocom takes the six digit code anyway, so, that's only an issue on minis.

You could have a car fault. They're a nightmare to synch up. If there's anything not right, they'll fail. Usual culprit is receiver behind the mirror.

Autokeys.us remotes with MVPro now work spot on every time if there's no underlying car issue.

I now keep OE ones for Discovery 2 where you need the six digit code.

You’ll have to read 93lc76 from the bc1 and vin can be changed in epp.

This fu--ing sh-t make me crazy

02 Mini the original remote not work

Tried to program 3 genuine remotes with codes generated with Paul software with X letter - no success

Generated KD remote and KD give me codes with N that must be for Rover - I Programmed the remote and the remote work fine

after that generated N codes for one genuine remote and programmed to the car on possition 2 - genuine not work - KD still work but not properly must press few time the buttons

Cleared again all remotes and programmed the KD on possition 1 not work any more - tried few times to reprogram without success

Few things that I noticed when must press the buttons to program the remote there is not respond from car like cycling the central locking - I had only one respond when I programmed the KD successfuly

When smart pro is connected the windows not work
