Audi A8 4.2TDI EDC16 master and slave

Hi I will be have Audi A8 4.2TDI EDC16 with two ECU master and slave, I want to know how can I read and write them?? It is posible to use BDM to tune that car?? And there are two difrent software in two ECU??? I must tune first one and write, second next ECU and write??

Read both, tune both, write both. Don't mess up 1 with 2.
