reprogram them to do what, turn into 18inch alloys ???????????????????????

no u can set what wheels u have on ur car, makes a differnt to mpg

wont make a difference to physical mpg, but will see a difference possibly on the trip computer/average mpg display. think you'll need the 090714 version. You'll find the setting under 'ECU' i believe.
