KV On & Off

im in staffordshire and amd all the channels are down have beem for half hour now, does any one else seem to have this problem. its been happeing for weeks now they go off come back go off when you want to watch something. its getting ****ing stupid now. 1. Why are they off only to come back half hour to an hour later. 2. why have we lost some channels when they only came back 2weeks ago. 3. Why the **** can't KV sort this shit out!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ****ERS
