    if this had been an incoming call this would not have happened, i called them, thinking it waqs acer support, the guy confirned it was acer support

    dont think u have a problem m8 .. its a company .. they look first for free and make up its ~~~~ed and then start charging u .,. u cut them off before they wanted your c card details

    yes i did voddy, when i realised it wasnt kosha all was terminated, i went downstairs and checked the website from the desktop, which gave me a little solice when i saw how polished it was and it was indeed a larger company, but i still want everything changed, stopped etc.

    Don't bother with them, always seek the geeks first.

    Contact your bank (I may be tempted to transfer all money to another account)
    change passwords
    change ip address even.

    If it was me, i'ld even go as far as formatting the machine and reinstalling windows (this is not an advertisement. There are other operating systems available).

    tried the geeks on here red and they couldnt solve the problem, its somethging and nothing ther touchpad dont work properly. the scroll bar at the side done scroll and i cant double tap and drag stuff

    click start, type CMD into the search box and enter. then type into the blackbox IPCONFIG /ALL
    then scroll through the info for where it says IPv4. The sequence of numbers to the right of that is your IP address

    aaah, this is one of the multiple reasons why i dislike lappys

    Have you tried a driver update for your touchpad?
    if you're lucky, it may be just a driver issue.

    worst case scenario is needing new parts. if so..... f**k it in the cut and get yourself a nice new desktop
