Corsa 1.6 opc

Hello!
I have problem with that car. When i tuned it and write ecu everything ok ... but when i made some small correction and write it again somehow chrashed. When i write comes to 80% then stop and say Writing Initilization error SK1. Error Silentkey.

Now car start but dont work good and check engine light shine.
What shuld i do ?

What tool did You use for flashing?
Also did You fix the problem and how?
