    Default lost channels cos kid borrowed homeplug

    hi,
    got a kv a780, which has lost all premium channels after kid borrowed the homeplug for his ps3, when i connected it back on kv, the channels were scrambled have tried alsorts to get them back, rebooted box, router, did factory default and rescan, any idea's would be helpful thanks

    have you sorted your homeplugs yet for kv ?

    make sure you are still connected to network and all cables attached and not unplugged,then power off all at rear box modem and router.

    is there flashing lights on the homeplug when its plugged in ?
    also check that the KV box ip settings are in reach, maybe change to DHCP instead of static IP.

    also make sure the cable is deffo pushed into the box and hear the click, also at the home plug end..
