Default All channels glitching - EVEN FTA!

    Howdy!

I've got a problem with my kryptview..

all the channels on my kryptview (even FTA) are glitching, do you know how I could fix this? also is this happening for you?

I've tried to reset and scan still not helping.

    Regards, Chris.

I checked the cable behind the box, and I took it apart and put it back together. I find it hard to believe that the cabling is at fault seeing as a week ago it was working fine, and no one can come in contact with the wires as they as securely strapped.

    The signal level is :56
The quality level is : 32

both should be around 80% and thats why you have problems, are you running through splitters or extensions.

Unfortunately an ethernet cable wont help for low signal problems.

The box needs connecting directly to the incoming cable feed (no splitters etc). If the signal levels increase to normal then your internal wiring has a problem. If the signal levels stay low then you need to check the levels on your subbed box. If the sub box doesn't work then you call out VM to fix it. If the sub box works ok then either you have a duff KV box or your just unlucky to be in one of those areas (very often exTW) that uses a particularly low signal level that KV/SV boxes just dont seem to like.
