Launch X431-serial number change

I suppose that you need to unsolder it ( but I'm not pretty sure about of that )
Well if you have in mind to unsolder it and to use a very good adapter you can use something like this
QFP100 TQFP100 test socket programming adapter

BTW are you pretty sure that the S/N it is in this LPC2386 or in the LPC9107?

please be very carefully with putting serial number of your diagun public. There are for sure "launch spies" here, watching, and soon that SN will be blocked!

There also strong rummors that recently LAUCH changed software encryption for entire x431 line. So, no more alternative updates by just431.com?!

Or maybe you have Diagun from official dealer?

Launch everytime change the encrytion
There will will be always someone who can change the S/N in the softwear.
But what you said with no sharing the S/N in public becasue of "spies" this is true

Open smartbox
Pin 2=RxD on Com-port-to pin Tx or to pin Rx in Smartbox
Pin 5-GND-to pin GND in Smartbox
Give 12V in smartbox or connect auto.
Cable connect Diagun.
Open HyperTerminal,set v=19200,
On Diagun,cable connect,Demo.
See log.

If you have beeprog,choose LPC2368,try ro read via ISP(in circuit conect)here is diagram.
post here your dump,we try to change s/n.

download manual for microcontroller lpc9107
after that ou know what leg is
find one programmer that support those micro
connect programmer acording the manual .
for information micro has rx and tx
change the serial number what you wish and you must have the correct software

Did you try this? I mean did you read the LPC9107 and you could change the S/N?
Or it is just a supposition.
