Default tech 2 - need some help fixing it

Wondering if some DK members can help me fix my tech2 (clone).

I decided to update the software using one of the NAO bin files from this site, and now when I power up the tech 2 all I see is an error saying:
NO PCMCIA card installed. Please insert card.

The card is inserted, and was written with the BIN file for NAO 32.01 and I used the card ware software to sucessfully write to the card.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
    thanks
    Tima

unfortunately I did not save the data from the old card. The software did not seem to have an available option to save the file, so I took a chance.
If there is anyone who could help me with some tips it would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks for everyone's suggestions here. I was able to sucessfully write the GMNAO bin file on to my card, however when I boot up the tech2, I am stuck on the TECH 2 start up screen that tells me to press enter. When I press enter nothing is happening. Does anyone know what could possibly be wrong?

I think you will need to revert to an earlier software.

There was someone on ebay who for a small fee would update your keyboard on the tech 2 to enable you to use the later software. But reverting back should sort it.

Anyone know how to revert to the old keyboard, as that is my exact problem with the bin files. Or does someone have an old bin file from a clone that would work for me? Please and thanks!

Your first post says "NO PCMCIA card installed"
    On second "keyboard error".

Is this the same bin you are using on your first post?
Are you using the same software in writing the bin to your card?
If it is, then maybe it's worth a try to use other software in writing the card.

Edit: does tech2 work ok with other cards?

I've tried many of the different bins on this site, and most of them keep get me to the main tech2 screen, but cant go anywhere from there.
The only bin which works on my tech 2 is the one in the link below, however it does one not have any of the NAO cars ...so I know that my card is ok, and I am sucessfully writing the bin

Edit: Does anyone have a working NAO bin that they can share possibly one that they know works with a clone?
    Thanks
