Yes, use a VPN to provide an encrypted tunnel. Your provider will then only see a single encrypted datastream between yourself and the VPN provider - they will have no idea where your data finally terminates.

Of course, the VPN provider could then possibly know what your connecting to..........

btw, when you say "can my server see..." i'm presuming you mean your broadband provider rather than any CS server.

Yeah ive seen one up and running that a friend does for sly and just has it to 12 people to cover his sub. And you could see what everyone was watching. So yes there is a privacy issue. But if your on a big server i guess they have little time to see what you get your kicks from.

No, its not possible to stop a CS server from seeing or working out that your viewing a particular channel at a particular time. In order to get a response, the card has to know which channel its trying to decrypt and when it produces an answer the resultant CW is unique to that particular channel. There's really no way around those particular facts !

I doubt people are sat checking what you are watching.

It's a useful feature, if you do look and someones channels are changing every few seconds it's a good indication they are resharing.

YOU CAN NOT CHECK WHAT CHANNEL THEY ARE WATCHING!!!

you can only check what package and ip address, possible internet provider. the tool to do this is cs studio

    dont listen to these people
