    Default Citroen relay key code

Hi all, need a huge favour please, been to a citroen relay with an immo lock out, basically they had an engine fault, kept cranking to find problem/get it going. Flattened the battery numerous times and jumped it etc, think they had a boost charger on it too. Anyway they solve engine problem but van just cranks and don't start, has immobiliswer symbol lit on the dash. I plugged in lexia and sure enough it was incorrect key code, I guessed it had scrambled itself with keep draining and boosting thew battery etc. Got the keycard and code is apparently 42631, however it wont program and just tells me the code is incorrect. can anyone check this please, vin number is VF7ZCRMNB17263687.

No way to confirm if your code you have is correct (codes not held by Citroen anymore), however from experience you have corrupt immo box very common on Boxer/Relay van's when low battery and cranking, search forum there is info on virgin files for both immo box and ecu, or call a good locksmith who will solve it, post location there are many here who may offer help. No quick easy solution I'm afraid unless you order new immo box and code card from dealer takes 2 weeks and costs over 100 gbp

Right, thanks for the help so far, have pulled the immo unit, has the famous 93lc568 eeprom in it. Citroen are ?160 and a 2 week eait for a new one. Obviously there is a chance of the key being fubarred as well, but doubt this. So question is, is the best option wait for the dealer part, or is there a DK member near J5 of the M3 who would like to get paid to immo off/ virgin dump etc as I don't have eeprom equipment?

Now it would be nice to fix this one, rather than immo off, credit to you for trying.

Saw that last night and thought "oooooh, I wonder??"
    And yep, nil poi! Hahaha.
I would rather fix this than immo off, customer not really bothered, just wants cheapest option as usual. And to be fair a new immo box isn't a bad price, just the two week wait is pretty crummy. I will contact the member you suggested, thanks a lot for that. And location would work out as north hampshire, near Basingstoke if that helps. Like I said I don't have the equipment to do the EEPROM myself, although would like to get into that sort of thing, find it very interesting (hence I love DK!)

Well that's cool - but *PLEASE* let us know what he does/did - even if you have to do it by PM .

Just would be nice to know how to fix these - the immo section is CRAMMED full of threads for these to IMMO off.
