Default Why does my computer crash when Syncing iTunes?

My new Acer laptop keep restarting (no note or anything it just turns off then boots up again and windows doesn't say unexpected error or anything) and it seems to be when My iPad 2 and iPod touch 4 a plugged in at the same time syncing to itunes. m computer is very good, i5, 4gb RAM and 500gb hdd. i did have an i7 8gb 1tb hdd but i swapped it for the i5 one and the ipad 2, i juust dont understand why it turns off when suncing both, there is no lag or anything.

Both of the ipad and ipod running ios 5.0

One of the usb ports is 3.0 but they are backwards compatible so that shouldnt make a difference ?

    Thanks

Although FireWire and USB connections will allow multiple iPod devices to be connected to the computer at the same time, iTunes for Windows works best with only one iPod connected at a time. If you plan to connect multiple iPod devices to the same computer, eject any iPod devices that you are not using from iTunes
