set your port ,change usb cable,or try it with DB9 cable

correct me if im wrong buddy but the chinese ask you NOT to update them because this is what can happen as they arent the original. Just buy another one as I dont think you have much chance of recovering this one now

You might have some little chance left, tell us as much as possible about your Xprog and what you have done. Remember that in the mean time of sw upgrading from v4.5 to v5.0 there are many people who were running v4.5 and successfully upgrade to v5.0 I think bram380 is the first person, mine too. just roughly remember that in the beginning of upgrade process all authorisations disappear but recover when things complete. So tell more what you have done? Or done by Xprog box

Your answer may be in this thread but on many pages back, research it.

My xprog-m is clone china obdfactory

5.0 software

upgraded to 5.3 because Micronas

when I update the firmware 1.5 and was blocked with commitments all in white

As I see, your attachment shows that you use V5.0 not 5.3

Now, what I can see your possibilities
1. prepare 200 something Euro and then contact Xprog box guy.
2. buy a new one.
3. Or, with a help from a few members here with a v4.5 firmware dump if they allow you to have it, but this job needs your another programmer to accomplish.
