    Default WRITE PRocessor mc68hc908az60

    i want to move one flash from one processor to another ,but the problem is that i read them but i can not write to them .
    i use xprog,upa and codecard but same problem .

    the car is vito and i want to make flash to another new processor .

    any help about security bytes .

    this not have security bytes there
    just up all legs where cables is going and you will read it

    can you send me the Pdf for Codecard for this mask processor

    i can read it but i cannot write to it , it looks locked by security bytes and i am asking if someone knows the security bute for vito dashoboard

    Yes, having security bytes if talking about the Flash and presuming that gadroulll knew what they are on this MCU as he needs flash writing. But this is not of that concern. see this thread

    Dont waste your time.
    ETL is your solution.
    Upa and xprog cant write the flash dump.

    if you are tryng to write in a NEW chinese mcu then stop ..... mcu is bad .. they have this problem now .. can not write inisde

    my dump ia that probably eepro has been erased before used .
    i see that my upa do not make erase flash ,why?

    Is the dump in post #9 read by UPA 'all memory'? If read correctly I can see the EEPROM blocks (block1 & block2) has some problem. I will help you to analyse, please also post the dump of the donor too to see how many blocks used. the receiver MCU 2J74Y? sec. bytes of this dump are all '00'

    UPA almost not support Flash programming with two cases exception, hc908as60 and hc908az60. that's why the 'Erase Flash' button not active. but never try that UPA flash programming on these two work properly.

    i can write to eeprom 1 adress 800-9ff
    i can not write to eeprom 2 600-7ff
    i try to write only fe00 registers and i can not do it.

    so the processor is locked in flash and to eeprom 2 .for this reason i can not write to it .
