So here i am stuck with a file that for some reason i cant past this hard cut issue, and i am seeking for some help and still people here even on this free forum are still seeking for money, what can i say i will start requesting money from now on to everyone i help

I asked for help here in free forum section for my bmw 535d 200kw and that dude pm'd me first telling he can help me for money only. Anyway somebody can help me please? I uploaded file in previous page of this topic :/
