Can somebody help me to make P0420 OFF or switch off control of catalytic converter

Hello! Can anybody help? Have a Skoda Octavia vRS mk2 with a heavy tuning. When accelerating with 4th gear, engine goes to limp mode because Boost pressure regulation: Control Range Not Reached. I guess, that lowering boost map will help?
