car is original, please remove EGR but not DPF!

hi i have a e90 car with edc17cp02 ecu all infos are in the jpg file
is possible to put more 50 HP with good fuel comsuption DPF off no dtc´s and EGR off?

Attached goes original file readed with kess V2

A guy send me a modified file from my original file to remove dpf and egr but i still have 2 errors: P4010 and P4D00... I will attach this file too… I want to remove this 2 errors and get more 50 HP to this car.
