Mb164 ml320cdi gearbox fault

Hello,

I have mercedes ml in garage. Do diagnostic with mb star. In engine no fault data, but coling fan work in full speed no comunication with transmision ecu and transfer case box. In can getaway coding ok and no faults. All fuses ok.
Maybe have this problem.

you have can error betwen motor can and chassis can
front rigth have you can gate,disconnect and check
with star

Connection to ISM is ok,but i can't connect to transmision control unit. Where is it located?

Through what place do wires come into the automatic transmission? I only can see ism module on it ? I need to check supply voltage and can.

Transmision ECU dead. Put a new one, but must take to a dealer to do SCN.

Yes transmission ecu is dead.


Bought a used transmission ECU, but the car than the forward or back. Comunication to transmision ok to ism ok no fault data. I think need reprogram it. I do intial start up scn coding .
1.Perfom scn coding with data storage device.
2.Manually enter scn coding.
I dont have data storage. Maybe someone can help manually scn coding?

i think,no possible used ecu coding

in these type off A/T no way to use 2ed hand ecu

just new and the ezs will block the das so dont try to use other than new

the fan will run in full speed if you have
problem in the MR ecu
our some fuses are missed in the sam
our you have problem in the air mass without fault code

and if you have any problem in air mass the A/T will not work 100%

Can you at all understand yourself what you are talking about?
Gerbox ecu is hybrid no solution how to transfer data. With new (used ecu) all ok car start fans not work no fault data in engine ecu,ism control mudule or gerbox.
