STAR Diagnose VITO Problem

I am using a DAS 07.2010 Verison. The DAS ask me everytime on a VITO Diagnose the "Repare Order Number" in German "Reparatur-Auftragsnummer". Can anyone tell me what a number i must put in the DAS to make a diagnose? Need help.

Your problem is the key of DAS, need a correct, like that key I solve it, if you want order me your LAN-ID - Go and I spend a key to you without this problem.
