    Angry "service 'RAPED' by ntlVIRGIN"

I DO NOT WANT TO DISCUSS HOW TO HACK MY NTL VIRGIN PACE MODEL# D14001N DECODER BOX.

I WANT TO GET IT GOING AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

NTL HAVE SENT A SIGNAL TO IT, CAUSING!!! IT TO CLOSE DOWN.

ON THE VERY EVE IT WAS INSTALLED 364 DAYS AGO!

THEY HAVE DONE THE SAME TO MY SISTERS BOX IN GUILDFORD, 20 MILES AWAY.

THEY HAVE CONVINCED HER THE ONLY WAY FORWARD WAS TO PURCHASE(FROM THEM! A NEW "v-BOX" HIGH DEFINITION CAPTURE BOX, IT COST HER ?170 !!!)

I WANT MY BOX BACK ON!
AND OR I WANT IT TO BE SENT TO THE RELEVENT OBMUDSMAN.

I AM IN CREDIT, FOR A SERVICE THAT I HAVE PRE PAID FOR.

WE, AS A FAMILY HAVE BEEN RAPED!!!

christ on a bike! you're an angry man arent you!
question:- why are you venting your fury on here? do you think we are virgin customer services?
    we're not.
virgin may well have "raped" you, but coming on here ignoring the netiquette of all caps and expecting us to do something about it just won't wash young man.
i suggest you ring virgin customer services and if you get no joy try ofcom

Like I said m8, if you have a problem with your 'paid-for service' then contact the cable company.

Well... Were no different to yourself... We are human.. We can read lower case...
Try phoning the cable company and if they know they can do something and dont then a official complaint to ofcom might work...

Read the Rules here; they apply to Everyone.
