IDS VCM Blocked ?

Hello friends, I come again to appeal for your help.
I have a VCM interface (green card) that after upgrade.., and was stopped with a single light on, the red light! and never left it.

I've tried:
- INTAL a previous version v73 has not resolved
- Run the recovery tool vcm, gives error (Failed to re-load gateway software)

interface connects to the network by ip: 172.25.236.1 strange??

Anyone can help me, I am grateful

hi8, i think probably the vcm unit may be broke by the update,
i suggest try on another computer, if it still not working, it's surely broken

I tried to run the vcmutil, but gives error .... see fotos
I think I lost the boot vcm, someone has to reprogram the interface dumps

You can try installing a new version of this JLR, even car update, I get this last time, like you problems,

I also have a dump file VCM

What is the dump you have for vcm ?
is it from usb lead or from inside vcm interface?

Hi

simply connect a power supply + - 13volts in the round plug vcm (positive on pin inside) and rerun the vcmutil
you can use sw to v74 but when the question ids if you want to update you have to choose not to update

Mi VCM is 100% original Ford.
Exist a tool to repair for VCM?
Is possible reprogram by dump file eprom?If is possible post the files please.
