Volkswagen Passat 2006

hello,
volkswagen passat 2006 2.0 tdi
the car don't match the key or start and turn off immediatly or start normally or say me errors on steering block (ELV).
The diagnosis's VCDS show me these errors:
P1570 - Engine start blocked by immobilizer
02861 - Electronic steering column lock check sum error
02818 - Steering column lock; enabling for electronic ignition lock
02811 - Control module for electronic steering column lock

i have unmounted dashboard and i have found a spoiled cable...
i have disconnected battery, but when i have mounted all parts the instrument cluster has gone mad:
it change often mph or Km and the minute change ever....

have you any suggestions?

change stering lock or change micro swich inside.

Hi dear friend,
first try to test the micro switches by (digital multimeter) maybe is not faultly ,you can check 2, the point on the board of pins try resolder, see in the photo in the red color which can you resolder .
