I bought "Vagtacho Opel Immo 3.01" (China clone), eBay
The Vagtacho working properly but the Opel Immo does not work.
I tested:
G Astra 1.7td 1999
Astra G 4.1 2001
2003 Zafira 1.6
Corsa C 1.3Cdti
and more ....

i think firmware in that vag tacho doesn't support opel immo... same message apears when you try wrong software version of VAG tacho , especialy from China
