Hello every one i have Lexus Ls 400 model 1999 with engine control ecu 89661-50502 with e prom 93c56 and the key transponder Tiris-4C , i make many ways to make a key but still the security red led light still flashing can any one help me and guide me how to make it , thank you all

Use this virgin file for the ecu.
Use any 4C key for lexus.
