Probably nightmare of most ECU. In most cases some wires from PCB glued stay hardly contacted with aluminium case. After heating few minutes, I can open 3/4 ecu, but problem is part of ECU where printed lines going destroyed from Bosch IC for driving FETs for nozzles.
Maybe best solution cutting part of ECU where BDM ports connected?
Anyone have same experiences?

Vag edc16 ecus without problem. Worse for me mercedes...
