    Default BOSCH KTS POWER PROBLEM

    Hello Friends,
There is a KTS 550 device with Ubox2 cable. We have problem !!
    - Problem is KTS doesnt take power +12v from Cars via OBD cable. no green led when you plug to the cars. Therefore no operation.
-But if you aplly external power (+15v) to KTS via KTS power adapter , green led ligts and work without problems on all cars..
-I checked the ubox2 OBD cable OBD pin16 , takes the power to the KTS box , and i measured the +12v inside KTS box, so No Ubox cable is broken.
-I also checked fuses which i can found inside KTS box, they seems to OK..
As i learnd from market this problem is very known on KTS devices..
    Any help appreciated
    Thanks

The cable is Ok, problem is in the KTS box i think, Because i measured the cable and the voltage +12v comes from OBD cable to KTS box..
