Yes, you can they have a built in web browser, also if you have a smartphone they can be used as a qwerty keyboard for it, easier than using the standard remote.

if its the same as my lg smart tv yes you can it has many things like browser you tube plex for streaming bbc iplayer wold be lost without mine

Streaming is very slow, so technically speaking you can but its of no use
