    Default HELP with my new laptop

    i have just bought my self a new lap top and it is doing my head in it is a hp pavilion and every time i try to do something on it like go on the internet or even watching football through stream it wil glitch all the time and buff and get going again and then do it all again striaght after that. even looking at some like on fleba it will take ages to go to the page and the next.
    i also have a dell inspiron and it does not do any of this you tell it to do something and it will i can watch the same football stream at the same time the dell works fine while the hp is glitching or the hp computer is doing some before it will let it carry on .
    i thought it was down to my antivirus software so i completey got rid of it but i still happen . i have 50mb internet so thats not it .
    is there somewhere were i am going wrong could it be my window defender or something

    Check your drivers. Boot in safe mode with networking and try browsing the internet again - watching streaming may not work in safe mode - if it is ok then more than likely a driver issue (graphics or network cards). If not then it could be a windows issue (presuming your running windows) try SFC.EXE /SCANNOW with admin priveledges. this will attempt to repair system files. Other than that it could be a hardware issue. Try a wired then a wireless connection if possible and compare the results...summit to be going on with for now...!
