    Default samsung info button

i think you will find that the meter is an estimate of how much power the tv is using depending on the backlight settings. if you lower the backlight the meter will drop down.

Your LED TV includes a gauge that appears in the lower right corner of the screen whenever the "INFO" button is pressed. This gauge shows how much less energy your LED TV is using, compared to a conventional television set, for the current picture on the screen. During a dark scene this gauge will be very low, and during bright scenes the gauge will be higher. There is no way to disable this gauge from appearing when the "INFO" button is pressed
