Mercedes W164 Command Navigation

Mercedes W164 Command Navigation out of service. Not work at all.
As you can see in the picture, there is " Error on update Errorcode: 0x2312"

There is no communication of Command Navigation with DAS tester. But there is ok between CGW and Command Navigation on CAN.

I think seem hardware problem of Command Navigation, but.... where?

Anybody has idea?

try to clone HDD content from other NTG 2.5 unit. If error was related to maps update - it may help

I think someone try to make telematic update from CD but update was not successful. Try to insert telematic update one more time, maybe it will help....

telematic cd-s wont help with that problem.

it seems - the headunit was frank-en-stein`ed from multiply unit, what lead to death during update.

it can be solved by reflash eeprom on gateway module.

i can give you different eeproms. for cdc/single/old870/new900
