is possible to have file for total immo off for clio 1.5 ecu delphi??

What delphi do you have ? There are two ver, DDCR or DCM fitted on 1.5 dci engine. Both ecus you must cut plastic case ( find photos around here ) and read for DDCR flash 95080 ( 25080 ) or DCM flash 95160 ( 25160 ). And you can`t do immo off on these delphi ecus, only virgin and use emu or reprogramm keys.

thats is the impression i get,either swap the flash over,or run a emulator.
