Hi friends,
I'd like to share with you my experience with the clone.
I'd recently become an owner of a newest clone. As I suspected its the same as others. At the begining it didn't had a counter clock but it should up few days ago just when I was testing the D1 adapter with honda srs airbag unit made on TMS. Before there was no window with the counter. Of course I've already read all 159 pages of this great thread

and soon I will buy J-link programmer for reflashing my unit.
Ofcourse when I started testing the clone it has ocured that following functions didn't work:
- 24cxx read/ write
- msc9s12xx read/ write
- M35080 on dashboard section (in EEPROM its working properly)
- connecting with opel ECU with CAN, using A1 adapter
- clearing old renault airbag unit on hc12b32
So after reading this very usefull thread I knew what to do, and I fixed some problems as listed below.
- 24cxx read/write - working 100% -> added additional four 74HC125 (NXP) on top of the already mounted ones, photos below
Attachment 221295Attachment 221296Attachment 221297Attachment 221298
- opel ECU can connection - tested on table - 100% working -> A1 adapter had many mistakes on PCB, few elements where misplaced and one was missing and one connection too, I found photos on internet to correct this mistakes. So I changed R4 to 10kOhm (there was capacitor mounted), change places of R1 and C8 (they were misplaced), added 1kOhm on the empty place between the U2 and connector, added additional wire from pin 16 to input of voltage regulator.
- clearing old renault airbag unit on hc12b32 - working - The clearing function only works in older software versions as mentioned many times before (for example in 4.01) in newer soft it only writes that it is cleared but actualy nothing happens
- M35080 on dashboard section - still not working - tested this on many software versions and still not working (for example 93c86 is working in dash section)
- msc9s12xx - read/write -> I'm going to test it soon, because I resoldered all elements on main unit pcb, and placed the following new elements: 3x 22uF tantalum capcitors, 3x 100nF, 2x 10pF, 12MHz osc, placed additional ground connection, isolated pcb edges with kapton tape.
When I will check more I will update this post.
Many thanks to all members for great and very usefull posts!!!
